I am a conscientious person. I am a very serious person, I am hard working and I am goal reaching. I am very thorough in my work and I follow through on my assignments. I am detail oriented and I have an eye for the little things. Therefore people tend to consider me as a reliable person to trust with important work. However, I do not just live and work in my own bubble. I have a need to feel like I belong, hence I need approval and recognition both in my professional and personal life. Also, I need to get along with the people I am working with. I learn best by trying to do something and afterwards make notes - possible visual notes like pictures.

My role is considered to be a "counselor", which means, that I like helping other people by listening to them and give them advise on how to proceed.

A good work place and work environment for me, would be a place where I can be both analytical and practical and at the same time curious for new ways and methods in my work. A place to be precise, accurate and fact seeking, but also have the possibility to innovate and discover.
