In order to plan our activities, our team used Trello, which is a collaboration tool that organizes projects into boards.

For the communicating within the group we created and used the following tools:

  • WhatsApp

  • Facebook group and messages 

  • Google Docs 

 

We used WhatsApp to a greater extend than the other tools for the daily communication. Facebook was only used in a smaller degree for sharing material and the Google Docs was only used for the Mexican photos.
