PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
First evaluation:
The first evaluation is an individual evaluation, where all the organizational members has evaluated each others and ourselves.
This was done on the following subjects; personality, motivation, personal performance, working skills and management.
Second evaluation:
The second evaluation is an individual evaluation, where all the organizational members has evaluated each others and ourselves.
This was done on the following subjects; personality, motivation, personal performance, working skills and management.
Third evaluation:
The third evaluation is a group evaluation, where all the organizational members has evaluated the group as a whole through four general open questions.
This was done on the following subjects; group cohesion, communication, roles and "own words".
